Morena FM was founded on December 6, 1987, and caused a revolution in the regional radio market. It brought together many genres of music that never played before in the region.

We use RadioBoss for live and auto programming, running on OpenSuse Linux (yes, it's for Windows, but we made it work). It's also used for live streaming of morenafm.com and morenafmrio.com

Morena FM developed the Jupara Project, since 1993, that radically improved the regional artist's market. Today, there is an entirely new genre, the Grapiuna Music.
